MuteMi does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage analytics, or audio. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.

100% offline

MuteMi makes no network connections of any kind. Nothing leaves your Mac — ever. The app does not request microphone access and never touches the audio stream itself; it only reads and changes the mute state and input volume of your audio devices through macOS's built-in audio controls. No audio is ever recorded, listened to, transmitted, or analyzed.

Purchases, billing & refunds

All purchases, subscriptions, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments and have no access to your payment information. We cannot issue refunds directly — please direct all billing and refund requests to Apple via your App Store account or Apple Support.
